I’m happy to design your custom pre-printed paper for you. If your marketing team prefers to create the layout internally, please follow these guidelines to ensure proper composition and print quality.

Standard size is 12" × 16", allowing for easy 11" × 14" framing. Maintain a ½" margin. Bottom branding typically works best at 1½" or less in height.

Submit artwork in CMYK or RGB at 150 ppi minimum (300 ppi preferred). Layered files are ideal (.pdf, .psd, .eps, .ai with type outlined). 

High-quality .png or .jpg files are also acceptable. Please share this guide with them to ensure a great product.

A custom digital template transforms the caricature experience into a branded activation. Your logo and message are visible during the live drawing on a large display, printed on site, and included in the downloadable file guests receive afterward.

Guests leave with your brand in hand and often wear it on a lanyard badge or display it throughout the event, increasing visibility across the show floor. The digital file also continues circulating through email and social sharing after the event.

This format delivers layered exposure. Attendees see your brand during the live experience, carry it with them during the event, and share it beyond the venue. It strengthens brand recall and extends the life of your marketing investment.

I’m glad to create the digital template for you. If your marketing team would like to design it, please use these specifications to ensure a strong on-screen presentation and clean printing.

Standard size is 4" × 6" with a ¼" margin and a defined content-safe area. Bottom branding performs best between ¾"–1" high.

Keep logo and background on separate layers (so the drawing can break out cleanly). Submit layered files when possible, or provide logo and background as separate high-quality files. 

Minimum 150 ppi (300 ppi preferred), CMYK or RGB.
